Sausage
Boxes of our freshly smoked, fully cooked, delicious, famous Gonzales Food
Market sausage. Sausage is shipped frozen. Boxes are sold frozen and
shipped at $4.95/lb. Boxes are only available in the sizes listed below.

Brisket
Our lean, tender, wood smoked brisket is sold by the pound and is shipped
frozen. All of our brisket is hand rubbed with our own seasonings and
smoked from 8 to 10 hours.
Ribs
Pork and lamb ribs are sold by the pound and are shipped frozen.
Sauce and Seasonings/Rub
Our homemade barbecue sauce is sold in quart bottles.
Seasonings/Rub are sold in eight ounce plastic bottles. The
rub/seasoning can be used for brisket, chicken and ribs.
